Advanced Optronics Wins $25,000 Pediatric Device Prize at the Rice Business Plan Competition

Advanced Optronics competed in the 2022 Rice Business Plan Competition as one of 42 student startups from 31 universities. The Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship and Rice’s Jones Graduate School of Business hosted it in person in Houston on April 7–9, 2022.

We reached the semi-final round and won the $25,000 Pediatric Device Prize. OFW Law also gave us an in-kind regulatory strategy prize. Thanks to the Rice Alliance for having us, and to the prize sponsors and the judges.
