Advanced Optronics Closes $1.25M Pre-Seed Round

We’ve closed our $1.25 million pre-seed round, raised from 2022 through 2025 on SAFEs and convertible notes. The Richard King Mellon Foundation led the round and wrote the largest check. Pittsburgh venture investor Innovation Works also invested. So did individual angel investors and three angel groups: 99 Tartans, 304 Angel Fund, and the Country Roads Angel Network.
